What Does This MRI Report Signify?

what does all this mean: 5 lumbar type vertebral bodies and the lowest well-formed disc space is the L5/S1 level. The conus medullaris terminates at the T12/L1 level and demonstrates normal spinal cord signal intensity. There is slight retrolisthesis of L1 relative to L2 and L2 relative to L3 and slight anterolisthesis of L3 relative to L4 and L4 relative to L5. Incidental note is made of a small lesion at the L4 vertebral body which demonstrates low T1 signal intensity centrally with a rim of high T1 signal intensity, and elevated STIR signal intensity.
