What Does This MRI Report Signify?
My MRI shows small tiny foci with T2W and FLAIR hyperitesity are seen in the right frontal lobe -? significance. And Note is made of a polyp in the right maxillary sinus .Polypoidal mucosal thickening is seen in left maxillary sinus . I want to know the meaning of these two lines Where as Impression shows Essentially normal MR study of brain

Regarding your MRI report that demonstrate the presence of a polyp at the right maxillary sinus and polypoidal thickening at the left maxillary sinus
My impression is you have developed bilateral nasal polyp
In view of this you will require a surgical procedure called polypectomy if the polyp constitute any local discomfort
