Hello and welcome to HCM,
The MRI report is regarding the C7 vertebra.
The C7 vertebra is present in the neck.
There is narrowing of foramina or recess present on right side of the C7 vertebra.
Narrowing of foramina can lead to compression of nerve passing through it.
Compression of nerve can lead to pain in the area where the nerve has its distribution.
Stenosis of foramina can occur as a part of degenerative process.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
