What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

My mom who is 59 is suffering from severe neck pain from past few weeks. Her MRI revealed the following: Mild diffused disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation. Right neural foraminal narrowing at C3-C4. Diffuse disc bulge with posterior center protusion causing thermal sac indentation. Mild diffuse disc bulge causing thermal sac indentation at C4-C5 & C6-C7. Is this something serious or common thing. Please advice. She is planning on visiting the doctor over next week. Is it 'OK' to wait till next week to see doctor or does she need immediate attention?
