What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

i am 28 old yers male . i did a surgery of a disk in L5S1 and the pain still remain . MRI image was taken after surgery was as following :

there is previous left laminectomy of L5

there is a large left posterolateral herination of the L4-L5 disc moderately narrowing the left recess and mildly compressing the left S1 nerve root but without significant displacement of the latter .

there is dessication and bulging / very mild protrusion of the L3-L4 , L4-L5 and t11it12 discs of debatable clinical significaqnce .
