What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

Hello Dr,

My dad's MRI Scan report of Lumbar Spine states that : MRi Findings are sugestive of marrow edema of L# and L$ vertebral bodies(? metastatic lesions.)
<Extensive Retroperitoneal and Iliac Lymphadenopathy.
Mild diffuse annular and posterior bulges and L4-L5 and L5-S1 Intervertebral Neural Forminae with Indentation of exiting nerve roots.
