What Does This MRI Report Of Brain Mean?

Hello, My mother s brain MRI report says; Diffuse cerebral atrophy with old lacunar infarction in both basal gangliaMild small vessel ischemic change in the periventricular and subcortical white matter. No evidence of acute infarction nor other abnormal finding on DWI. What does this mean?
