Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
Thiracic11-12 inter vertebral disc has displaced.
Lumbar 4-5 disc is prolapsed and putting pressure on nerves which are affected. Lumbar 12- Sacral 1 intervertebral disc prolapse is putting pressure on Sacral 1 nerve roots and both side foramen ( holes from where nerves are passing).

Every two vertebra has a cushion of disc between them. This is called Inter vertebral Disc. T11, S1, L 12 S1 etc are SR no of vertebra from up to down.
