What Does This MRI Report Mean?

My mom had an MRI of the spine. Impression: Tornvaldt cyst formation w/in the sacral spinal cord region & small roundedareaof abn. marrow signaling within rt upper sacrum. (Amongst other things) Researching this cyst thus far indicates this type of cyst is commonly found in the nasopharyngeal cavities. Because no known neoplasm hx was mentioned, shes frantic. An you help us understand this at all?

I really appreciate your concern, such finding needs to be correlate with the clinical condition if no symptoms are there then keep the condition under observation neurological opinion is advisable hope this information helps.
