What Does This MRI Report Mean?

Please let me know what this means; Mild diffuse posterior disc osteophyte complex at C5-C6 with a moderate right paracentral component that results in moderate right neural foraminal narrowing and mild lefl neural foraminal narrowing. The disc osteophyte complex effaces the anterior thecal sac at this level without discrete central canal stenosis. Thanks!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the findings are suggestive of disk degenerative disease and this need to be correlated with the clinical condition for that test being done, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
