What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I got injured after pushing heavy object. MRI found that i had bone contusion with partial tear of scapholunate ligament(scapholunate distance is Not widened), patchy bone marrow oedema of lunate bone,focal cortial erosion at the lateral side of base. How long does it take to heal?any complications after healing?i concerned any complications that might affect my work in future.thank you.

As there is no widening between scaphoid and lunate,you need not worry but it takes about 6 weeks to heal.You may need to wear a wrist brace for 6 weeks
