What Does This MRI Report Indicate?
In 2013 I had pain in my head and neck, was sent for a scan and it came back with :-There is mucosal thicking within the sphenoid sinus and a polypoid mucosal mass arising from the right lateral wall in keeping with a mucosal polp or mucus retention cyst. there is no pharyngeal or laryngeal lesion. Subcentimetre lymph nodes in both sides of the neck are of doubtful significance by size criteria and are most likely reactive. The thyroid appears normal.Was treated with 2 lots of Karlor CD375mg 2016 It appears to be back with severe headache,and bad ear ache,pain behind my eyes. Back on same tablet on second prescription now. has improved slightly. Would like to get it checked again with scan or be referred to ear,nose and throat doctor. What do you think?
