What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I got an Mri done and it says large mass in R frontal lobe with extensive surrounding edema crossing corpus callosum into contra lateral frontal lobe. 7.3 mm leftward midline shift and compression R lateral and 3 Rd ventricles. Hypo density extending through cortex to service of brain. What does this mean?

It can only be clear on seeing the actual scan but you have a mass in your brain and it needs to be removed asap.
