What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

pain with moving neck radiating to shoulder all the way to fingers sometimes even unable to hold a cup of coffee had mri 5 months ago c3-4 there is bulging annulus which abuts the ventral thecal sac c4-5 posterior central disk herniation which indents the ventral thecal sac an abuts the ventral cord also mild canal stenosis to moderate right foraminal stenosis c5-6 broad based bulging annulus with enplate osteophytes there is a central disc hernition with flattening of the ventral thecal sac and ventral cord c6-7 broad based bulging annulus with central discherniation there is cord impingement with mild to moderate central canal stenosis and mild foraminal stenosis

The changes to the cervical spine would result in pain occurring especially since there may be some compression of nerves.
This would cause nerve related pain in addition to the pain due to the stenosis and osteoarthritis.
