General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The atrophy of diffuse pattern involving left frontal parietal grey matter and white matter with hippocampus and amygdala indicate chronic vascular compromise of brain circulation. Sorry to say, but these much chronic changes of brain are totally irreversible and one has to be dependent on supportive medications as seizure prophylaxis and rest of the molecules; rather than predicting any miraculous outcomes.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
