General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your query.
Tibia and fibula are the two bones in your lower leg below your knee.
Femur is the bone in you upper leg - thigh.
the knee is where these three bones meet and form a very strong and durable joint with a lot of support and flexibility to enable the wide range of motion, activity and weight bearing capacity
Ligaments are band like structures that connect bone to muscle and provide support for that joint.
Anterior Cruciate Ligament is one such structure and appear to have been severely injured in your case.
The other relevant finding is that part of the posterior ( backside) of your knee joint is worn out by 50% .

These findings are usually the result of extreme stress on your knee joint. causes are multi factorial.
hope I have clarified your query.
feel free to get back to us if you need further clarification
wish you good health
