What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

My mri reports showing below impression; Straightening of lumber curve is noted most likely due to mascular spasm.degenrative disc disease with reduced hydration at L4-5 and L5-S1 level causing mild central canal,lateral recess and foraminal stenisis more on right side at L4-5 level. Can this be cuerable with medication if please advis?or with exercise?thank you

HI, many times in this forum i have given stress on the point that MRI findings without clinical details are of no use. If i explain what your report says it means your disc are getting old and worn out due to which there is narrowing of spaces through which the nerves pass and this has caused nerve compression.
