What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

mri showed anterior spondylosis. Broad bassed spondyloticprotrusion more prominent leftward. Facet arthropathy with moderate left greater than right foraminal stenosis with abutment of the l4 nerve roots bilaterally. Central/left paracentral annular rent. The protruding disc effaces the thecal sac and barely abuts the desending l5 nerve roots bilaterally. The central canal appears narrowed mild to moderate grade in severity. What does this mean?
