What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I received this MRI report from my sons Dr. I am 1000miles away from my son and family. Can you help me understand this report? Bilateral asymmetric hippocampi with decreased volume of the left hippocampus. These findings can be see with mesial temporal sclerosis. Clinical correlation is recommended. Abnormal foci of T2 signal abnormality within the deep cerebral white matter. Differential diagnosis includes migraine encephalopathy, vasculitis, microvascular ischemic disease, Lyme disease, and a demyelinating process. Mild cerebral and cerebellar atrophy. Maxillary and sphenoid sinus disease. Thank you.
