What Does This MRI Report For Coccyx Bone Fracture Indicate?

Sir , I am asking this for my mother.She is64 yrs old.1year back after a fall ,her coccyx bone has fractured and doctor adviced to take rest.But she was facing intense pain in the anal region.Now,after taking the MRI report ,the report shows that there is Disc bulging at L4L5 vertebrae with thecal sac indentation.Also there is a minimal displacement of coccyx.Can u suggest a treatment for this.
