What Does This MRI Report For Back Pain Indicate?

Hello doctor ! My mother aged 74 is suffering from back pain and had undergone an MRI and the result says : * Compression fracture of D11 vertebral body and burst fracture of D12 vertebralbody with retropulsion of posterior D12 vertebral margin causing severe spinal canal narrowing and spinal cord compression. * Degenerative lumbosacral spondyloarthropathy with discal, ligamentous and facetal changes as described. * Hemangiomas in L1 and L2 vertebrae. Doctor whats the above result says and whats the treatment you suggest. Thanks in advance for your valuable advise.

As per MRI report suggest she has a fracture which needs to be repaired soon,so get a neurological physical exam first line of treatment will be conservative if no neuro deficit present .But in this case report indicates spinal cord compression so minimally invasive surgical procedures will be carried out like( kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty). Thanks
