General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your liver enzymes are quite up. This usually happens in infection and inflammation.
Due to improper functioning of your liver, glucose metabolism is altered and you may have fatigue and exhaustion.
Have low salt, light food, cut down on fats and alcohol, don't smoke and take rest.
Visit a hepatologist, who would procure your viral markers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
