What Does This ENR And ABR Test For Vertigo And Double Vision Indicate?

I have had vertigo for 5 weeks with head pressure off and on during the day, and double vision upon waking in the morning which subsides within 10 minutes after rising. The double vision is only when I look straight, left and right - but not if I look up or down. Saw a neurologist 3 weeks ago who didn t find any issues from his perspective, but was concerned about the double vision. He sent me for a brain MRI - all normal; and ENG and ABR tests which resulted in a diagnosis of vestibular involvement on both right and left side I don t have a copy of the test report yet - I was notified late today. The neurologist instructed me to follow up with a specific ear specialist that has neurology focus but I can t get in to see him for three weeks. What are some of the possible issues I may be facing? Do I need to be concerned about flying-I have a trip scheduled? DO I need to insist they get me in sooner? thank you

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to vastibular dysfunction in my opinion this can be tried on tentative basis with "Tab Betahistine 16 mg three time in day, some time this function test may be normal one but clinical symptoms may suggestive of this, hope this information helps, take care.
