What Does This ECG Test Result Indicate?

Hi, my father s age is 52 n recently a local cardio got his tests done so the report shows moderately positive for provocable myocardial ischaen I jus wanted to know what is it in detail as I m a lay man so want to know is it an alarm for heart attack? Is his artery blocked? What is the treatment for it? Is it a very serious issue? N he smokes frequently n his weight is 74 kg s. Plz do help me.

Hi.

The EKG does report a probability of this being a heart attack (myocardial infarction), which is why I would recommend measuring the persons cardiac enzymes to confirm/rule out a heart attack. Treatment would have to be considered immediately, with the immediate imitation of medications like aspirin, blood pressure monitoring and management and statins.
