What Does This ECG Test Report Indicate?

I got an abnormal ECG, indicating PRT axes of 32 -51 46, and suggesting septal infarction and inferior infarction, but the ER docs said I was OK and my primary doc said I should see a cardiologist, but she didn t think it was anything major. Should I be worried? Because I am terrified.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is difference of opinion as long as your disease and diagnosis is concern then better to have second opinion with cardiologist, some time it may need stress test and coronary angiography test, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
