What Does This ECG Report Indicate?

Good Afternoon po! I am 29 y/o, female. My ECG Result was: 1. 413:Negative T (ant) 2. 210: Mild Left axis deviation boarder line abnormal. Pay attention as myocardial ischemia,cardiac hypertrophy,etc. are suspected What does these mean po? Do I need po any medical treatment? Tyvm po!

welcome to hcm ...myocardial ischemia will be suggested by chest pain or breathlessness on exertion and is confirmed by stress echocardiography or TMT ...cardiac hypertrophy is also confirmed by stress echocardiography and chest x ray ..so i advise you to undergo chest xray and stress echocardiography but what is your level of BP ..it should be below 140/90 ..as high bp also gives rise to hypertrophy and ischemia also ..if you find my answer as helpful PLEASE vote it so ..with regards dr xxxxxxr xxxxxx
