Internist / Hospitalist 's  Response
Hello,

I am going to express my suggestion for Anteroseptal MI. An anteroseptal infarction means muscles which is engaged to pump the blood in the heart is not getting enough blood, as a result, the heart muscle dies. Moreover, the tissue which is going to die is centered near the anteroseptal wall, the area located at left and right ventricles.

Your ECHO report is normal that means you need to be retested for ECG. Sometimes the report is abnormal due to a technical error, Therefore, I suggest you repeat the test within one month to exclude technical error.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Sandeep Kumar Karn, Internist / Hospitalist
