What Does This ECG And ECHO Test Result Indicate?

My ECG and ECHO report as follows:- ECG : IRBBB, LAE, 1° AV Block (PR=229ms) Echo : RHD- Mod MS [MVA=1.40cm2 (PT1/2) & 1.45 cm2 (trace)], Mid MR, Mild AR, TR; SR; LVEF=55%; No PAH/ CHF / FRA / IE. Please advise treatment. Advise my condition please.
