Good Morning. My CT SCAN Report is: CT SCAN paranasal sinuses non-contrast, axial and direct coronal images through paranasal sinuses. there is deflection of nasal septum towards left side. hypertrophy of left inferior nasal turbinate also noted with mucoproteinaceous secretions causing blockage of left nasal cavity. there is large mucous retention cyst in right maxillary sinus. rest of paranasal sinuses are well pneumatized with no evidence of abnormal mucousal thickening, air fluid level, polyp / retention cyst or any soft tissue density mass. oseteo-meatal complex on both side is intact. Impression: - DNS towards left with allergic rhinitis and blocked left nasal cavity. - Right maxillary large mucuos retention cyst.
