General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There can be various reasons for the said report with subpleural reticular opacities both lung parenchyma, interlobular septa thickening and calcified granuloma liver as

-arcoidosis
- auto immune mediated sequence
-problems with parathyroid hormone , calcium levels

- tuberculosis

- others

However, detailed analysis of scan plates, supportive lab data results would be much help to understand this more precisely. Awaiting for your response.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
