What Does This CT Scan Report Mean?

may I know the meaning of this result my ct anngiogram..impression...due to my aneurys....no Acute intracranial hemmorrhage,mass effect or hydrocephalus seen.apparent small out pouching at distal left M1 segment,which may be artifactual(slightly delayed arterial phase imaging as well as mild beam hardening)the possibility of small aneurysm is likely but cannot entirely excluded this study.kindly correlate clinically.normal variant of fetal left PCA

This indicates that there is a possibility of small aneurims in brain bur radiologist isnt sure about it and it still may be just an artefact. In every case this is not something that should be invasively treated and it should just be checked again in a year or 2.
