may I know the meaning of this result my ct anngiogram..impression...due to my aneurys....no Acute intracranial hemmorrhage,mass effect or hydrocephalus seen.apparent small out pouching at distal left M1 segment,which may be artifactual(slightly delayed arterial phase imaging as well as mild beam hardening)the possibility of small aneurysm is likely but cannot entirely excluded this study.kindly correlate clinically.normal variant of fetal left PCA
