What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

Angio CT showed: There are calcifications within the pancreatic body, which may reside within the pancreatic duct. There is mild prominence of the distal pancreatic duct measuring approximate 4 mm at the level of the pancreatic body. Is this something to be concerned about?
