What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hi im diagnosed in breast cancer im still in my chemothery but my chest and mediastinum ct scan impression was minimal bilateral apical pleural thickening... Im si scared now but my oncologist didn t explain anything... Please help me what im gonna do... Do i need more lung ct scan or check up please tell me... Thanks
