Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your phyiscian i completely understand your health concerns.
What is her age and sex ? is she having any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? is she having fever? why scan was done? what were the symptoms?
As far as this report is concerned, it doesn't show any major pathology. it is saying about the parenchymal atrophy ,mean ,degeneration in brain but it is common in old age .
If there is history of prononged hypertension then this all can be explained .At present there is no acute emergency situation ..
you should stay calm and continue with her medications
may she get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
