I am 69 years old with no symptoms of coronary disease. Decided to have a Coronary CT Scan with contrast. Here are the results. Should I consider bypass surgery if this blockage cannot be stented based on the location at the branch? IMPRESSION: 1. Calcified plaques at the origin of the ramus intermedius branch and in the proximal ramus branch are suspected to cause severe luminal stenoses. 2. Eccentric calcified plaque in the proximal to mid LAD causes at least moderate luminal stenosis and possibly severe luminal stenosis. 3. Mild stenoses of the left main, proximal LAD, and first diagonal branch. 4. Mild luminal stenosis of the right coronary artery, including mild stenosis at the site of an irregular mixed calcified and noncalcified plaque in the mid RCA.
