What Does This CT Scan Of Lung Indicate?

I am a 52 y.o. female, former smoker, obese, 5'6" tall. Recent presistent hypertension, SOB and peripheral edema; Non-diagnostic CT for lung ca screen reported atherosclerotic calcification of L anterior descending coronary and circumflex arteries and thoracic aorta. Nuclear stress exercise not completed, pharm given. Test reveals old Anteroseptal Infarct, right axis deviation and non-specific ST segment and T wave abnormalities. Do I need to see a cardiologist?
