What Does This CT Scan Finding Indicate?

I had a ct on my sinsus. I have a mild mucosal thickening of the bilateral ethmoid air cellsa and maxillary sinuses with osseous hyperostosis of the walls of the maxillary sinuses. No sinonasal polypoid masses. Slight rightwarx nasal septal deviation.

This needs proper ENT checkup, also send us your CT, X-ray reports so that accordingly will tell how to further proceed, more likely from above history needs surgery.
