CT PNAS SCAN DONE 3 DAYS BACK.

REPORT IMPRESSIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS

*. BILATERAL OSTEOMEATAL PATTERN OF MUCOPERIOSTEAL DISEASE WITH SINONASAL POLYPSIS.

*. MILD BILATERAL SPHENOIDAL MUCOPERIOSTEAL DISEASE.

*. BILATERAL NASAL AIR WAY COMPROMISE DUE TO DEVIATION OF NASAL SEPTUM TO THE LEFT, RIGHT INFERIOR AND MIDDLE TURBINATE HYPERTROPHY.
