What Does This CECT Scan Report Of Thorax Specify?

My father,66 yrs, has CECT scan of thorax report says below... pls advice any one what should do? 1. thick walled cavitory lesion with air fluid level in right lower lobe? necrotic mass / abscess. 2. enlarged subcarnial lymphnode. 3.paraseptal emphysema in right upper lobe. 4.intestitial thickening and early honeycombing in posterior segment of both lower lobe. thanks in advance...

I really appreciate your concern, the report is suggestive of some lung parenchymal pathological changes it may be due to injury, infection, allergic condition, or malignancy too and it need to be correlated with the clinical condition hope this information helps.
