What Does This CBC Test Results For Chronic Fatigue And Lower Back Pain Indicate?
I have worsening chronic fatigue, occasional irregular lower back, left hip, leg and foot pain. I m also experiencing dry mouth and eyes. I have a hx of htn for which I take 12.5 of Hctz. what could be the problem? My CBC is normal except elevated RDW and low MCV & MCH (3 CBC s over the past 6 months and were the same. FreeT3, free T4, and TSH were normal.

You can investigate further for fatigue and bone pain with serum calcium, sodium and pottasium estimation. It's also advisable to check your serum liver and kidney profile reports as well. Kindly attach your reports as well esp. CBC if mcv is low to check anemia.
