hi .. i want to ask about ANTI HCV report ... i am pregnant .. please give me answer about my anti hcv results...RESULT ( ANTI HCV ) Reactive 11.19 . This is a screening test of HCV antibody . Performed on architect (i2000SR) chemiluminenscent microparticle immunoassay reactive / borderline result should be investigated further by other specific diagnostic test .

The values of test suggest that you need further tests to confirm if you have HepC or not.
Additional testing is needed to differentiate between past (resolved) and chronic hepatitis C.
you may have test for HCV RNA by RT-PCR.
