What Does Thick Orange Vaginal Discharge Suggest?

I have a orange thick discharge coming from my vagina...no ordor or itching...what could it be. My husband and I haven t had sex since the beginning of September, I had my cycle a week ago but I been having a really thick white discharge for the last 7 weeks and the yeast infection medication did not work twice.

You had menstrual period last week You have PiD which was giving whitte dicharge that suggests you have develoed endometritis which is giving brown colour to your pus dischargr ,your endometrium is inflmmed due to infection. Due to the inflamation your blood flow due to menses has not stopped completely.My suggestion is to have treament at the earliest.
