What Does These Blood Test And Lipid Profile Indicate?

Hi, Doctor,

I have gone through blood test and Lipid Profile are as follows: -

VLDL Cholesterol -49, Triglycerides -279, HDL Cholesterol -43, Cholesterol Serum Plasma -176 and LDL Cholesterol Serum Plasma -84 and TMT positive for Ischemia. So what should I have to do.

My Age is 48 yrs, weight is 67 kg and height is 163.5 Cm,

Please Guide me and advice medicine.

Your triglycerides are high and need life style modification including moderation of cereals, weight loss, cessation of alcohol, daily exercise, avoiding saturated fats and a balanced diet.
however most important thing is your positive TMT. Do see your cardiologist and get his opinion on this issue.
