What Does The X-ray Report Of The Lungs Indicate?

Q : hi, my x-ray report says thick broncho-vascular markings are seen in both lungs, consistent with bronchitic changes. There is no evidences of active lungs lesion or infiltrative processes in either lung field. Normal hila and mediastimum. And i use to feel pain in both side of chest. please advise me if this is something serious...

Thanks for writing to HCM

Thick broncho-vascular markings in both lungs may be due to inflammation like bronchitis,age related changes etc.You need clinical correlation.
There is nothing to be worried.It is a benign finding.
Findings are not serious at all.
Lung fields are also normal.There are no signs of infection.
Other findings like hilum and mediastinum are normal.

Chest pain may be due to other reasons.You need proper cardiac evaluation.
