hi.. Doc, this is my urine examination routine report.. please let me know if there is any problem within my body.. Proteins-Present 3+(300 mg/dL) , RBC->100 RBC/HPF , Pus Cells - 40-75 WBC/HPF , Nitrite - positive and the colour of the urine is Smoky..

Your urine report is not normal.
It shows the presence of proteins, pus cells and RBCs. This could be due to UTI or a disease of the kidney like glomerulonephritis.
You need to do a urine culture test and see a nephrologist ASAP.
