General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The report indicates fatty changes of the liver due to the accumulation of fat in the liver.

The same can be caused by various issues as alcohol-induced changes or non-alcoholic causes as a viral infection or else.

* The association with liver function tests in terms of SGPT and SGOT are very crucial here to combine the management pathway.

The hepatic cyst of 25 mm is usually asymptomatic and does not require any intervention except regular ultrasound evaluation.

Kindly provide me all details of symptoms and rest of the reports so that better guidelines can be depicted, till that time, I can say that cholesterol profile is normal so do not panic for hypercholesterolemia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
