Pancreas: Showing coarse echotexture
RT Kidney: Right Kidney is normal in size, shape, & echotexture. Prominent pelvicalyceal system? ureteric calculus/UTI. Cortic-medullary differentiation is maintained.

There appears to be mild degree of obstruction to the flow of urine from right kidney down to the urinary bladder. This can be due to a very small stone in the passage (not yet confirmed) or as a result or urinary infection. You need to get urine culture test with kidney functions. Please drink lots of water and urinate frequently. A X ray can be done to see any small stone along the passage from right kidney to urinary bladder.
