What Does The Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i had an ultrasound after going to emergency department because of some light bleeding. the u/s showed a good heartbeat 130 bpm and measured 6.1 days. a follow up us one week later couldn t detect cardiac activity but everything was still in place. can you help me because i have to wait several days until my next appointment..

Thanks for consultation. Can u send me the snap short of your ultra sound scan and how many week of pregnancy you are in. Only based on it I can advice you. There will be no cardiac activity normally before 4 weeks of gestation.
