What Does The Ultra Sound Of A Pregnant Woman Mean?
Im pregnant and had an ultrasound this past week. In the report the Doctor had said that An intrauterine gestational sac with a yolk sac was noted. At this time a fetal pole was not visualized and the adnexa were unremarkable… what does this mean?

According to the reports you have single intrauterine pregnancy.
Pregnancy is confirmed by the presence of G-sac.There is also yolk sac noted.
However,fetal pole(fetal parts) is not visualized yet,it may be due to early gestational age of the fetus.
You need follow up scan after 2 weeks.
