What Does The Sperm Count In This Semen Analysis Report Suggest?
Hello Dr,Here is the result of my Siemen analysis Total Sperm concentration = 68 Grade A = 70 Grade B =10 Agglutination = Positive+ Pus Cells= Occasional Red Blood Cell= Nil Epithelial Cells= Occasional I believe the Aggalutination result doens t looks good. Please suggest to recover this for my partner to conceive normally

Agglutination of sperms means the sperm are attached to each other and hence might impede their free movement. It could be as a Result of some auto antibody in the secretions. Rest of the semen report is fine. Kindly consult a specialist in this regard like an Infertility specialist to guide for further course of action
